Comprehensive Corporate Wellness

Tria experts will consult, assess, design, implement and manage your corporate wellness program with the goal of making the process of saving money easy for you.  Our methodology incorporates a simple, three-stage process:

Stage I:  Assessment & Planning

To determine your needs, we will first meet with your HR/Benefits point person to evaluate your company culture, and review any current wellness programs or available data (including medical claims data and absenteeism records).  We will then administer one or more of the following assessment tools:

HRA: Health Risk Assessment (recommended)
The primary tool for gathering information about each individual, the Health Risk Assessment (HRA) is a sequence of questions about personal/family health history and lifestyle. For any program to be successful you must know the current conditions and risk factors of your employees. The HRA will provide a clear snapshot and give you a starting point for measuring success.

Employee Interest and Health Knowledge Survey (Optional)
First and foremost, this short survey helps to determine the employee’s readiness to change.  Second, this will identify the employees’ needs and interests.  The responses are used in designing and tailoring the program to the likes and dislikes of the workforce for maximum participation.

Fitness Assessment (Optional)
Not only does this tool let the employee know their starting point, but the data provided by fitness assessments can also be used to assess risks for potential work-related injuries.

Medical screenings (Optional)
Medical screenings (blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure, etc.) provide information to allow Tria to design programming for your most at-risk population: Those coping with or headed toward high blood pressure, heart disease, and other high cost conditions. The impact on your costs from can be greatly reduced if prevention is properly addressed.

Consulting
After collecting the data, we provide the employer with an aggregate Health Risk Assessment Report.  This comprehensive summary includes demographics; identifies chronic conditions like cancer, diabetes, asthma and allergies; and includes family history and lifestyle factors in the context of an overall picture while maintaining individual anonymity.  Confidential reports are also available to each individual.
The reports help employees and employers understand their health status, risks and areas for improvement.
Equally important, annual savings estimates based on risk improvement are included.

Finally, Tria will present recommendations for a comprehensive program that will address the identified risk factors and overall goals of the organization while working within your budget.

Stage II:  Customized Program Implementation

To kick off the program and to ensure continued success throughout, Tria will identify and engage in-house champions, design the incentive program and manage the marketing campaign to publicize the program and its incentives using a variety of methods for maximum reach.

At Tria, we operate from one universal truth:  We are all unique individuals and our bodies have distinct needs.  The keys to success are customization to the needs of the individuals and, of course, making it fun.  Our expert practitioners and providers focus on keeping the programs engaging for the employee - your employees will WANT to succeed, and enjoy the process of getting there!

Wellness & Life coaches
The Wellness Counselor is the core of any behavioral modification program. Our engaging counselors work with your employees one-on-one or in small groups addressing nutrition, lifestyle, stress, smoking cessation, medication non-compliance, risk history and more.
Although coaching via telephone or internet chat is available, the most effective style is face to face, at your worksite. Our skilled wellness coaches can visit all of your employees on a regular schedule, fostering familiarity, trust and comfort, leading to frank and open dialog. The coach can then be truly effective at instituting behavioral change and lifestyle improvement through direct, repetetive personal engagement.

Educating Your Workforce:  Seminars & classes
Tria offers an array of multi-part workshops, single event seminars, and ongoing classes.  From our certified nutritionists to our cardiologists, chiropractors and fitness gurus, our speakers are experts in their fields, and have the ability to engage, inspire and instill motivation in any type of audience.

Challenges & Interventions
Participants will achieve a variety of goals in a fun, supportive atmosphere.

Custom contests and challenges can be designed depending on the assessed needs of your unique workforce.

Stage III: Review, Measurement, & Reporting, Adjustment

Tria offers regular program review and reporting to the employer.  Program adjustments are made based on feedback from employees, management and Tria providers. Reporting can include the following:

Our bottom line is that Tria is just as vested in your success as you are.  Your success IS our success.  Our team of friendly and educated experts will hold your employees hand every step of the way to help you reap the benefits of a quality wellness program.

Last Saturday, our Firm was lucky enough to have a health & wellness session with June and Jackie. While I reluctantly attended the session, I was pleasantly surprised by the energetic and informative presentation. June and Jackie shared many eating and living (relaxation/exercise) tips to help sedentary accountants, like me, deal with the stresses and pressures of Tax Season. I would recommend that other companies take advantage of your services, as well.”
